Sarah Kuhlman joined Newmark at the firm’s Orange County, California, office in 2016. As a senior creative manager, Sarah partners with key professionals to create high-end business development and property marketing materials. She also plays an integral role in translating the marketing objectives of these professionals into clear and creative strategies. Managing projects from concept to completion, Sarah excels in the creation of custom design concepts unique to each client and opportunity and incorporates the look seamlessly across all deliverables, including proposals, presentations, flyers, offering memoranda, packaging and support materials. By conducting continuous research on both design and industry trends, Sarah frequently introduces dynamic elements that ensure the western region marketing team remains at the forefront of engaging design trends.
In addition to her project management responsibilities, Sarah partners with the creative director on strategic western region initiatives and manages the day-to-day engagement with graphic designers, ensuring that new standards are implemented and design remains elevated. Sarah also plays an essential role in the development of team collateral, leveraging her strengths in typography, color theory and design conception to craft materials.
Prior to joining Newmark, Sarah spent three years as a graphic designer at CBRE, where she focused on business development pursuits for the firm’s capital markets business line. As part of a 11-person, in-house marketing team, she succeeded on a global scale, helping to secure more than $3 billion in sales and financing assignments between 2013 and 2015.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in drawing and painting from California State University, Long Beach.
