Scott Oblow serves as Global Head of Human Resources at Newmark, where he is responsible for aligning the firm’s people strategy with its global business objectives. Based in New York City, Oblow brings more than three decades of experience leading high-impact HR initiatives across fast-growing, complex organizations. He works closely with Newmark’s senior leadership to support the company’s continued expansion and create an exceptional employee experience at every level.
Before joining Newmark, Oblow held senior HR leadership roles in professional and financial services as well as technology manufacturing/distribution, where he oversaw global teams and supported company growth from hundreds to thousands of employees. Over his 18-year tenure at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), he led the integration of 40 acquisitions, implemented talent management programs across 36 countries, and helped transition the firm from private to public and back to private ownership. Oblow began his career at PwC as an assurance professional and held key HR roles there and later at Standard & Poor’s.

Oblow obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
