Executive Vice President Sean P. Flynn brings to his position more than 15 years of experience in the valuation of traditional and complex commercial properties, including but not limited to neighborhood shopping centers, outdoor lifestyle centers, office buildings, warehouses, mixed-use developments, build-to-suit projects and commercial tracts and subdivisions. He has also appraised dozens of enclosed regional malls on a national basis. Flynn joined Newmark after working in the Denver office of Integra Realty Resources for 14 years.
Education
Flynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in government administration from Christopher Newport University.
