Kellenberger is consistently ranked among the top five performing agents in the South Bay office and has been named to Newmark’s Chairman’s Circle, which recognizes the firm’s top 100 agents across the country. Kellenberger has also been nominated as one of the top three R&D Brokers of the Year by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB).

Kellenberger brings a wealth of corporate and startup experience to his real estate practice, having founded a successful start-up in 1993 and subsequently serving as one of IBM’s top target account representatives.
