Shin Kim specializes in the disposition and recapitalization of industrial properties on a regional and national basis in the Orange County, California, office of Newmark. Mr. Kim’s primary focus is the representation of institutional owners as well as high net worth private individuals, private pension funds and foreign capital. Mr. Kim’s has a proven track record of representing some of the largest corporations of real estate owners and occupiers in the country.
Mr. Kim is experienced in many aspects of industrial transactions, including landlord and tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, expansion and development. He has sold or leased more than 100 million square feet of real estate valued in excess of $2 billion in total consideration.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Kim served as first vice president in CBRE’s Orange County office. His experience also includes a management role at Lanier Worldwide Inc., a subsidiary of the Ricoh Corporation, where he was responsible for $50 million dollars in sales throughout his tenure.
