Si Pitstick currently serves as an Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s Cincinnati office. Si specializes in large industrial projects and is part of a team that includes Josh Young, Clare Armbruster, and Connor Dougherty and Pat Stucker.
Si assists clients locally, nationally and internationally with all aspects of their industrial real estate needs, from their distribution and manufacturing network strategy, to location selection, to facility design, and ultimately to acquisitions and dispositions of industrial assets. His services include marketing freestanding and multi-tenant buildings for sale or lease as well as selling industrial investment property and industrial land. He also represents clients in restructuring/renewing their leases, site searches and negotiations to either buy or lease industrial facilities, including build-to-suit projects.
With a background in finance, Si has an in-depth knowledge of tax abatements, economic incentives and creative financing. His analytical skills and attention to detail ensure that each client achieves the best possible deal in both economic and contractual terms. The Pitstick/Young Team has completed projects in over 70 markets in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe on more than 103 million square feet of industrial real estate, valued in excess of $2.2 billion.
