Stacy Davis joined Newmark Global Corporate Services’ consulting practice with 20 years of experience in workplace strategy and advanced planning through the integration of people, space, technology and processes. Ms. Davis’ primary focus is on integrated operations and portfolio strategy, with an emphasis on developing portfolio business solutions from strategy to implementation. Her areas of expertise include workplace strategies and mobility, facility capacity planning and strategic project management.
Prior to joining Newmark’s consulting team, Ms. Davis served as the corporate real estate workplace strategist at Wachovia Bank. In this capacity, she focused on creating new work environments that enabled employees to work more effectively, optimize space and maximize technology, improving overall workplace effectiveness. She also led cross-functional team integration efforts which reinforced strategy, relationship management, service delivery, reporting, data and metric analysis for their workplace strategy initiative, development of a strategic planning model with supporting processes and tools, and the CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) data systems.
As president of a corporate interiors division at Little and Associates Architects, Ms. Davis led a team of architects, space planners, interior designers and engineers to build and design interior projects for major corporate facilities. Under her leadership, the team assessed client needs, developed design and space guidelines, researched codes, incorporated LEED, space planning, project management, construction administration, stacking/blocking and migration communication.

Ms. Davis received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s College of Architecture.
