Steve Da Cruz recently joined Newmark Canada’s Vancouver office as Managing Director specializing in Land and Investment Sales including Lower-Middle Market business exits. With over a decade of experience in off-market and confidential transactions, Steve offers exceptional depth and value to his diverse clientele by prioritizing customer centricity, deal certainty and asset integrity.

His previous roles include Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of a boutique commercial brokerage and a top producing Vice President at an international firm. Steve holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Institute Member) designation as well as the prestigious RI designation from the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. Steve has also completed the A.CRE Accelerator in institutional financial modelling, complemented by advanced trainings from REFM as well as specialized studies in Artificial Intelligence with Vanderbilt University.

As President of CCIM Western Canada Chapter, Steve advances excellence in the investment analysis field and serves on various advisory committees to the CCIM Institute on topics such as Artificial Intelligence.
