As Vice President, Property Management with Newmark, Steve Dicke is responsible for Newmark’s Property Management operations and personnel managing over 4 million square feet in New Jersey. Steve teams with local Newmark leadership to strengthen and expand client relationships throughout the region. He has substantial expertise in asset repositioning, operating expense reduction, building operations, financial analysis and reporting, and client relations.
Steve brings more than 17 years of commercial property management experience. He joined Newmark in 2012 as a senior property manager and also served as the associate vice president of property management. Steve is adept at reducing costs and improving the NOI of his clients by aggressively bidding contracts, focusing on energy efficiency and streamlining operations.
Previously, Steve worked for CBRE as a property and transitions manager where he played an integral role in administering the due diligence process, transitioning new assets to property management and overseeing a portfolio of over 45 properties including office, retail, industrial, flex space and self-storage. In addition, he coordinated the financing and development of two solar projects consisting of 800KW in total at no cost to his clients.
