Stewart Thrash joined Newmark in 2023 and currently serves as a Senior Managing Director in the company’s Atlanta, Georgia office. A 10-year commercial real estate veteran, Thrash has substantial expertise in Agency and Tenant representation in office, industrial and life science sectors. He has conducted over 275 transactions for more than 2.75 million square feet representing a total lease consideration of $365 million.
Thrash came to Newmark after serving as a Vice President for five years at CBRE Atlanta where he was a partner of the CBRE’s Landlord Representation Group. Thrash was responsible for leasing institutionally owned real estate in every submarket of Atlanta for a portfolio of over 6 million square feet. Prior to joining CBRE, he spent 4 years with Bridge Commercial Real Estate in Atlanta where he was responsible for leasing their Atlanta office portfolio of over 3 million square feet.
