Tom Ruscitti is a broad-based architecture, engineering, and construction industry advisor, and licensed architect, with over thirty years of providing professional services to those who have a beneficial interest in the successful deployment of construction-related initiatives. He brings to Newmark’s Global Corporate Services team experience in all phases of the design and construction process including extensive involvement in location strategy, project team sourcing, contract, and controls development, compliance/cost audits, construction administration, and technical coordination of a broad range of commercial and institutional projects.
Mr. Ruscitti has managed and/or provided advisory services for over four million square feet of commercial, institutional, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing facilities. He is fully versed in the intricacies and phases of the design and construction process. His extensive involvement in creating operational efficiencies and reducing operational costs and business risks of a broad range and scale of commercial and institutional projects has benefited clients across multiple industries and market segments.
Prior experience includes Owner at construction consulting firm - TMR Advisory, LLC; VP of Strategic Programs at wireless telecommunication infrastructure developer, owner, operator - Mobilitie, LLC; Regional lead for the Construction Advisory Services practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP; Development Manager in the PDM group of Jones Lange LaSalle; and an Architect for the global A&E firms of Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill, as well as Perkins & Will.

Mr. Ruscitti holds an M.B.A. degree in International Finance, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Design, Building Science, and Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois including European studies from Cité Universitaire, Paris.
