Tom Oldham specializes in industrial commercial real estate in the metropolitan Detroit area. Tom’s continuous business focus is to maximize value for his clients and provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. He represents local, national and international corporations as well as numerous developers, investors and landlords. His expertise includes tenant representation, disposition, acquisition, leasing, and site selection/build-to-suit consultation of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, R&D and office facilities.
Tom has been with Newmark since 2012, when parent company BGC acquired the assets of Grubb & Ellis. He began at Grubb & Ellis in 2009, following seven years at Colliers International. Over his career, Mr. Oldham has completed hundreds of transactions with an aggregate transaction volume of over $700 million.
