Tim A. Warner, MAI currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Atlanta, Georgia office. Warner has over 27 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience throughout the southeastern U.S. Warner is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the states of Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and South Carolina.
Warner has extensive experience in the valuation of multifamily properties throughout the southeast region, including garden-style, mid- and high-rise, market-rate, LIHTC, condominiums, student housing, senior apartments, mixed-use projects, multifamily land and portfolio valuations. He has successfully worked with some of the industry’s most prestigious clients, including financial institutions, developers, individual and corporate property owners and attorneys. Warner has successfully completed valuation assignments of some of the largest and highest profile multifamily projects in the southeastern U.S.
Warner came to Newmark after serving as a First Vice President for nearly three decades at CBRE.

Education
Warner earned a Master of City Planning degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Kentucky.
