Mr. Gibson possess 36 years of brokerage and consulting experience, representing prestigious tenants and landlords in the New York metropolitan area and across the country. With his intimate knowledge representing both parties, Mr. Gibson’s strategic expertise in working through complex transactions and protracted negotiations is an invaluable asset to his clients.

Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Gibson was an executive director at Cushman & Wakefield and a senior vice president at CBRE. He began his commercial real estate career in the brokerage division of Edward S. Gordon Company.
