Tim Brogan has more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience representing clients locally and nationally in the industrial/logistics commercial real estate market’s industrial/logistics segment of the market. His focus is the industrial market in the eastern half of Pennsylvania where he specializes in all facets of the market including tenant representation, landlord representation, lease negotiation, build-to-suit analysis and property sales. Mr. Brogan is recognized as an industry leader in eastern Pennsylvania.
Mr. Brogan developed and implemented a marketing strategy that resulted in Newmark’s expansion into the industrial/warehouse market of the I-81 Corridor in central Pennsylvania. He played an integral role in building the company’s tenant and building database for this area as well as implementing a comprehensive market research program that allows for historical and real-time real time market insight. Through his efforts, Newmark has become one of the premier brokerage firms within the I-81 Corridor in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Brogan has been involved in a broad range of transactions, including Key Logistics Park, LLC’s sale of 86 acres in Newville; the sale of 39 acres in Mechanicsburg; Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc.’s 187-month lease of more than 10 acres and 30,000 square feet in York; ProLogis’ leasing its 870,000-square-foot building in ProLogis Park 33; Road Bay Investments, LLC and Moran Industries, Inc.’s sale/purchase of a 504,321-square-foot building in Mechanicsburg; Liberty Property Trust’s leasing 439,000 square feet at 1485 West Commerce Drive in Carlisle; the sale of a 284,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Gettysburg; the sale of a 211,229-square-foot manufacturing facility in Elysburg; Supplier Oasis Fulfillment Services’ (Overstock.com’s) 187,286-square-foot lease and 213,310-square-foot expansion in Carlisle; HJ Heinz Co.’s sale of its 180,000-square-foot facility in King of Prussia; WEG Electric Motor Corp.’s 171,325-square-foot lease; The Hampshire Companies’ sale of its 110,000-square-foot building in Morgantown; landlord representation for a 68,000-square-foot lease in Lansdale; SP Industries’ lease extensions and expansions in Warminster; and the sale of two facilities in Pottstown totaling 45,627 square feet.
