Todd Fletcher co-founded Newmark’s Manufactured Housing group with Andrew Shih in 2009 and since inception, this team has brokered over 300 deals in 40 states totaling over $1.9 billion.
Prior to joining Newmark, Fletcher worked in asset management with RREEF in Chicago, Illinois. In 2004 he entered the manufactured housing sector with Hometown America gaining significant transaction experience by working in acquisitions, dispositions and capital markets. After that, he worked with Stockbridge Real Estate Funds where he learned the limited equity partner side of the business and helped with the creation of Yes! Communities.
Education
Fletcher earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder where he was the captain and coach of the Freestyle Ski Team. Prior to moving to Colorado for college, Fletcher was born and raised on a family owned and operated dairy farm in central California.
