Torin Taylor joined Newmark in 2015 and serves as an Executive Managing Director in the Boston office, where he specializes in the representation of both landlords and tenants in strategic real estate decisions. Taylor focuses on sale and lease transactions involving suburban office and industrial properties. He also represents tenants with the leasing of suburban Boston properties and assists them with their national and global real estate needs.
Prior to joining Newmark, Taylor worked in the Boston office of Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as an executive director. One of the firm’s Top 20 Industrial Brokers Worldwide, he served as an adviser to Boston-area companies, real estate investors and owners on all aspects of commercial real estate. He previously worked as a director of leasing at Insignia/ESG (now a part of CBRE) and Grubb & Ellis (now a part of Newmark).

Taylor holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College’s Olin School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and economics from Colby College. He currently resides in Manchester, Massachusetts, with his wife and three children.
