Tracy Murphree is a Lease Administrator with Retail Occupier Services (ROS), a specialty practice within Newmark and is responsible for delivering the best possible service and administrative support, such as:
- Single Point of Contact for retailers and landlords
- Retail lease language interpretation
- Year-end NNN expense audits and payments
- Tracking reduced rent due to Co-Tenancy failures
- General account management and reporting
Across Murphree’s 24 years of experience, she has been a part of all aspects of portfolio management and growth, in addition to the day-today account management for clients in Lease Administration.
As a team member of Main Event, Murphree was part of a two-person real estate team responsible for portfolio growth. At Michael’s Stores, Murphree was a Lease Administration Manager that oversaw a team whose responsibilities included Lease Amendments, Consent Waivers, Estoppels, and monthly lease / financial reporting. During her 16 years at Blockbuster Video, she was involved in all aspects of the real estate department including tracking critical dates and managing a team involved in the execution of departmental activities including Estoppels, SNDA and NNN reconciliations. She saved the company over $1 million dollars in early lease terminations and reductions in rent and assisted the real estate team in saving over $40 million dollars in rental expenses in 2009. Tracy led the team in eliminating unnecessary expenses and improving communication between the departments.
