Travis Parrott serves as a Managing Director in Newmark’s Portland, Oregon, office. Parrott brings to his position more than six years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on office leasing throughout the Portland Metro region. He prides himself on hard work and a deep knowledge of the market, which allow his clients to use fact-based decision-making quickly and efficiently. In 2018, Parrott was awarded the Bill Naito Award, which recognizes the most complex transaction of the year, for his role in negotiating the 139,000-square-foot deal with adidas at Montgomery Park. The deal included office, retail and warehouse components. He was also an integral part of the leasing team on Broadway Tower, the most successful new construction pre-lease project in Portland history. Parrott is driven to add value to every transaction in which he is involved.
Parrott joined Newmark in 2018, after six years as a First Vice President at Kidder Mathews. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he was a touring professional tennis player. During his 10-year career, he competed in over 50 countries, 30 grand slam events and won the US Open mixed doubles title in 2009. His career high ranking was No. 25 in the world in 2009.

Parrott graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance. He currently resides in Northwest Portland with his wife and twin sons.
