Tyler Fedun, B.Comm, AACI, P.App., currently serves as Senior Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s in Edmonton, Canada office. Fedun is responsible for client and service delivery, including all valuation and advisory services in the commercial sector across the province and western Canada. As a 20-year veteran in commercial real estate valuation and advisory, Fedun’s expertise comprises various asset types, including automotive dealerships, retail petroleum, multifamily, industrial properties, and development land.
Prior to Newmark, Fedun was an associate vice president with Cushman & Wakefield, prior to Cushman & Wakefield he worked as a senior consultant at Colliers International. Fedun has three years’ experience in the mortgage brokerage industry prior to being involved in commercial real estate appraisal. His appraisal experience includes a wide range of property types. He has successfully completed a wide range of client assignments that includes the following:
- Advisory and valuation of multifamily, industrial, development land, automotive dealership, and retail petroleum assets
- Valued multiple portfolios and individual valuations throughout Western and Northern Canada
- Cash flow modeling and analysis for various investment quality assets
- Valuation and coordination of real estate portfolio valuations involving 100-plus assets
- Highest and best use studies and valuation of all forms of development land and properties under development
Fedun was the initial Candidate Representative on the AIC Provincial Board of Directors - Alberta.

Education
Fedun earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Athabasca University. In addition, he holds a post graduate certificate in Valuation from the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia, and a Business Finance diploma from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
