Urszula Sobczyk, MRICS is Head of Valuation for Newmark Polska. Sobczyk has over 20 years of real estate experience, including valuation of large commercial schemes, office buildings, logistic parks, owner occupier properties and development land located across Poland on behalf of Polish and international investors, developers and banks.
Sobczyk gained her industry experience at several area firms, including Cushman & Wakefield. Sobczyk is a member of Warsaw Association of Licensed Valuers and a member of Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (RICS). She is a licensed valuer (license no. 3898) from December 2002. Sobczyk is named on the valuer’s list held by the Polish Banks Association.
