William Grover joined Newmark in 2018 as an Associate and currently serves as an Associate Director in Newmark’s New York headquarters.
As a member of the team led by Executive Managing Director Ross Perlman, Grover specializes in office leasing, with a focus on tenant representation. He and his team have a strong track record of representing national corporate tenants and often work with companies to fulfill multifaceted real estate requirements across the country and provide leasing advisory services. In addition, Grover handles new business development for the team and provides a broad scope of services, including M&A pre-acquisition due diligence, global portfolio analysis, strategic planning, and space utilization implementation.
Prior to Newmark, Grover was an Investment Sales Associate with Marcus & Millichap’s New York Multifamily team, where he sourced more than $100 million worth of inventory. During his two-and-a-half years in this position, he acquired a stronteg understanding of the New York City investment sales market and a firm grasp of New York State rent regulation law. Prior to his time at Marcus & Millichap, Grover had a short stint as an associate director with Eastern Consolidated. Grover began his commercial real estate career in 2015, as a retail leasing intern at Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown New York office.
