Wills Elliman joined the firm in 2001. Active in CoreNet Global both locally and nationally, he earned his Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) in 2004. Elliman has also earned his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 1996 and his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1998.
Elliman provides an integrated approaches to representing Fortune 500 corporations, law firms, and institutional landlords in the acquisition and disposition of corporate real estate assets. Major projects have included lease acquisitions and dispositions, multi-market relocation’s, lease auditing, strategic planning, occupancy cost reduction strategies and advanced lease renewals and lease renegotiation’s.

Education
Elliman graduated from Deerfield Academy in 1983 and Duke University in 1987. Whilst studying at Duke, Elliman spent a semester at Oxford University (Exeter College).
