Wyatt Strahan is a Director at Newmark, based at the firm’s Century City office in Los Angeles. Wyatt specializes in structured finance, debt and equity placement for institutional-grade assets and developments across North America.
In his 4-year career, Strahan has executed over $4 billion in financings across a diverse subset of asset classes including industrial, retail, multi-family, office, hospitality, as well as studios. His expertise spans permanent, bridge, mezzanine, construction, and joint venture equity financing.
Prior to joining Newmark, Strahan served as a Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL. Before starting his career at JLL, Strahan spent 5-years playing professional baseball in the Cincinnati Reds organization, ranking as an organizational all-star, top 30-propsect and a member of their leadership council.
Strahan earned his B.S in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
