Upon graduating with cum laude honors from the University of Georgia’s Terry College with a degree in Real Estate, Zach Stokes began his career with Newmark as a financial analyst in 2008. After building a strong foundation in CRE finance, valuation and cashflow analysis, Stokes transitioned into a transaction advisory role and now focuses on tenant representation nationwide, specializing in both the industrial and office sectors. Currently serving as a Director in the company’s Atlanta office, Stokes brings over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has successfully completed more than 50 significant transactions, collectively worth over $350 million.
Specializing in tenant representation involving complex lease structures, build-to-suit, financing/sale leaseback, municipal incentives and long-term tactical, Stokes and his team leverage advanced analytics and predictive financial modeling to provide comprehensive advisory services that enable their clients to achieve significant occupancy cost savings and optimized lease terms through a strategic and coordinated approach.
