Beginning his career as an analyst, he built a strong foundation in commercial real estate finance, valuation and cash flow analysis before transitioning into transaction advisory, focusing on tenant representation nationwide. Specializing in industrial and office sectors, Stokes has over 16 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than 50 significant transactions with a collective value exceeding $350 million.
Focusing on tenant representation involving complex lease structures, build-to-suit, financing/sale leaseback, municipal incentives and long-term planning, Stokes and his team leverage advanced analytics and predictive financial modeling to provide comprehensive advisory services that enable their clients to achieve significant occupancy cost savings and optimized lease terms through a strategic and coordinated approach.
