The Investment Sales team provides comprehensive real estate services, such as asset sales, sale leasebacks, recapitalizations, leasing, asset management, valuation, and financing at both the mortgage and entity levels, along with due diligence and consulting.
Our team are transaction specialists, many of whom have advanced degrees in law, business, or real estate. We have direct connections with a wide range of investors including local, national, and international entities, public and private investors, and users and developers, and represent buyers and sellers from around the globe. In 2019, Newmark closed sales transactions totaling $51 billion.
